Fit of Brilliance Or Marinated in Perversion

People are different and its no secret that a girl is very different from a guy. Here is my most recent confrontation with this fact.

The phone conversation was about cars and she seemed to be very interested in a Chrysler Sebring, which is obviously a terrible car and she knows that but was still quite impressed by the convertible version. As a man of wisdom, in a fit of brilliance gave the perfect analogy that "Convertibles are like topless girls, even a bitch looks good if topless". I knew it was an awesome analogy and ofcourse it was. How often do we get good analogies like this?

There was absolute silence on the other side of the line. At first I had thought that she was dumbfounded by the POM (Presence Of Mind) but later realized the reaction was anything but that! She had been insinuating that it was a really perverted thing to say and totally inappropriate.

I should have known oral adminstration of wisdom is never without side effects.
